How does licensing work?
All licenses are purchased through CodeCanyon. Pro includes 1 site license, Agency includes 5 site licenses. Each license allows installation on one production site plus development/staging sites.
What happens after the first year?
After the first year, you can continue using the plugin indefinitely with the version you have. Optional annual renewals ($49-79) provide continued updates and extended support.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Agency later?
Yes, contact CodeCanyon support to upgrade. You will pay the difference between plan prices and receive the additional licenses.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
CodeCanyon offers refunds according to their refund policy. Generally, refunds are available within 30 days if the product has technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Do I need both WooCommerce and PrestaShop versions?
No, purchase only the version for your platform. Pro and Agency plans work on either WooCommerce or PrestaShop. The separate PrestaShop Module listing is for customers who only need PrestaShop.
What payment methods are accepted?
