Product Overview

AI Merchant Pro is a plugin/module for WooCommerce and PrestaShop that generates AI-ready product feeds. The plugin is sold exclusively through CodeCanyon.

Purchase and Licensing

CodeCanyon Licensing

All purchases are made through CodeCanyon (Envato Market). Licensing terms are governed by:

• Envato Market Terms
• Envato License Terms

License Types

• Regular License: For use on a single end product (your store)
• Extended License: Required if the end product is sold to users

Support and Updates

Included Support

All purchases include 6 months of support through CodeCanyon. Support covers:

• Installation assistance
• Configuration questions
• Bug reports and fixes
• Compatibility issues

Updates

The first year of updates is included with your purchase. After one year, optional renewals are available for continued access to updates.

What’s Not Covered

• Customization beyond documented features
• Third-party plugin conflicts not caused by AI Merchant Pro
• Server configuration issues
• Training or consulting services

Product Disclaimer

AI Platform Recommendations

AI Merchant Pro generates properly structured feeds for AI platforms. However:

• We do not guarantee that your products will be recommended by ChatGPT or other AI assistants
• AI platforms determine recommendations based on their own algorithms
• In-chat purchasing depends on platform availability and capabilities

Feed Accuracy

While we strive for accurate feed generation:

• You are responsible for verifying feed data accuracy
• Product data quality depends on your store’s product information
• We recommend using the built-in validation tools before going live

Limitations of Liability

AI Merchant Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost sales or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the plugin.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by CodeCanyon according to their refund policy. Generally, refunds are available within 30 days for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
